Muslims women and sex

Muslim man claimed that the burqa all covering that hides a woman body is for her protection from men and is mandated by the Koran, this is true in part only the Koran says a woman should dress modestly but what is modestly, it all depends on the society that you raised in there been societies in the past where women would be topless but without a head covering would be considered immodestly dressed in Arab society they require to wear her hair covering and often a head to toe mobile tent to protect their virtue from the man.
Now what I wonder is true is the problem here a Muslim from the Middle East like that Saudi Arabia Sheik that claimed uncovered women would drive men crazy with lust and claims it's a woman's fault what I would wonder about this is our Muslim men so sex crazed that they cannot control them selves. What I find ironic in a western society like Canada or the USA or Europe a woman on a beach in bikini is very safe from unwanted sexual advances though they will happen and normally all they are is just a verbal pass an attempted pickup the requir to lose the attitudeed nothing more than her to say no thank you and the Western man will respect her and leave her alone. My question to Muslim men is why can you not respect women this way it should not matter how they're dressed or who is with them or where they are or with .
Myself I would fully expect any other man working with my wife to respect the fact that she is married to me and is just there to do a job in her case EMT ! Maybe it's timefor Muslim men to start respecting women as something more than a walking baby maker and sex provider
